Hey! Thanks for checking us out! A little about myself….
I have a Bachelor of Science, Health and Physical Education degree from the University of Delaware. I started personal training while in college and pursued a career in fitness shortly after graduating. I have 10+ years of experience training clients of all ages and experience levels. My passion is helping others through fitness and mindset training. My goal every day is to make fitness fun and to guide every client on their journey to a life full of health and looking damn good naked.
