Personal Training

Do you have a specific goal in mind? Let the most experienced fitness staff in Delaware help you get there. You’ll push yourself to new heights and have fun getting the in best shape of your life!

Nutrition

It's true when you're told you can't out-train a bad diet. Our experienced staff will teach you how to incorporate sustainable nutrition into your everyday lifestyle. There's a 3 month minimum requirement.

Group Classes

Train with a like-minded group of people in a class lead by one of our experienced coaches. Our workouts are guaranteed to make you sweat and we promise it'll be the best hour of your day.

The gym floor is yours, we offer 3 (first come, first serve) lifting platforms, a free-weight room, gymnastics rig & rings, push & pull sleds and 3,000 square feet of open rubber for you to play on.

OWNER & HEAD COACH

Hey! Thanks for checking us out! A little about myself….
I have a Bachelor of Science, Health and Physical Education degree from the University of Delaware. I started personal training while in college and pursued a career in fitness shortly after graduating. I have 10+ years of experience training clients of all ages and experience levels. My passion is helping others through fitness and mindset training. My goal every day is to make fitness fun and to guide every client on their journey to a life full of health and looking damn good naked.
